What I do

Metal roofing
Exposed-fastener panels, and standing seam — both mechanically seamed and snap-lock.
Modified bitumen torch-down
Heat-welded membranes for flat and low-slope roofs. The seam is melted, not just stuck.
SA cap sheet ('cold torch')
Self-adhered modified bitumen. A cold install — no open flame on the roof.
Clay tile roofing
Broken tile, slipped tile, and the underlayment under barrel and flat clay.
Cedar shake roofing
Repairs and selective replacement that follow the existing shake pattern.
Slate roofing
Hand repairs on natural slate — matching, fastening, and the flashings around it.
Plydek roof deck systems
Deck systems when the sheathing or a walking surface has to be rebuilt and kept dry.
Roof framing and structural repairs
Rafters, decking, rotten wood, and sagging sections made straight again.
Chimney rebuilds
Wood-framed and cement-board chimneys, rebuilt and tied back into the roof.
Flashing and counter-flashing
Step flashing, counter-flashing, valleys, and wall tie-ins that actually stop water.
